Now comes the fun part.

Begin activating Corrupted Roots inside the prepared Nightmare Dungeon. Each use has a chance to spawn different encounters, but you're specifically hunting for a Headrotten Boss.

Unfortunately, the boss doesn't appear every time.

Sometimes you'll get weak zombies or elite enemies instead. If that happens, simply eliminate them and try again.

Normally, Corrupted Roots have a cooldown after activation. However, teleporting back to town and returning to d4 mats the dungeon bypasses much of the waiting process, allowing you to cycle through attempts far more quickly.
